Ordering Information

1. To avoid delay, be clear and specific on your order form, including street address (P.O. box if applicable), we cannot ship to a P.O.box via U.P.S. or truck.

3. Items will not be "backordered" unless specifically requested on the order form and agreed upon by Hudson Glass.

4. We accept checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. You must include account number, the 3 digit number on the back of the card ( next to the last four numbers of your card) expiration date and to whom the card was issued.

5. On C.O.D. orders current U.P.S. charges apply.

6. We are NOT responsible for losses due to the delay of carriers, accidents, strikes or other events beyond our control.

7. Claims for damaged merchandise must be made by you to the shipping company within five (5) days of the receipt of your order. DO NOT refuse a shipment and make a claim or you will have to pay additional shipping cost. HUDSON GLASS will be glad to assist in any claim for damaged merchandise.

8. Please notify us about shortages or defective merchandise and we will advise as to what action should be taken. Please do this within five (5) days of receipt of your order. We will not accept return shipments without our written approval; all returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on glass, books, patterns or came.

9. If a check is returned for any reason you will be charged a $25.00 service fee.

10. Businesses wishing to be tax exempt, please include NY state resale number. NY State businesses must have a signed form on file with us, we have the forms available. Out of state please see #15.

11. All freight Charges are Paid by CUSTOMER F.O.B. Peekskill, NY.

12. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

13. NY State Residents please add appropriate sales tax.

14. Prices: All prices are F.O.B. Peekskill, New York. The approximate charges are determined by UPS charges based on the total shipping weight.   Plus the cost of ITEMS, less discounts, plus $5.00 per package of glass (approximately 12 sheets per package) or $20.00 per palletized crate for glass only, plus sales tax. NO SHIPMENTS UNDER $10.00.

15. Out of state business or institutions that pick up at our warehouse, tax exempt, must have a NY State exemption # or an OSR # and form on file. We have an OSR application form available.

17. AIR SHIPMENTS will be made by U.P.S. second day or next day service. For orders to be processed on the day they are received please request special order handling service for which there is a $10.00 charge. Order must be placed by noon Eastern Time.

18. All shipments inside or outside continental U.S.A. that go via MAIL such as; APO, FPO, and others will be charged a $3.50 handling fee.

19. Payment for all shipments outside the continental U.S.A. may be paid with VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and have a U.S. Federal Reserve #. All checks without a U.S. Federal Reserve # please add $45.00 for processing.
